Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pin1.harvard.edu\/pin\/authenticate?__authen_application=UHS_PORTAL\">https:\/\/www.pin1.harvard.edu\/pin\/authenticate?__authen_application=UHS_PORTAL<\/a> to log in\u00a0see who your PCP is.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The waiver\u00a0deadline is August 31, 2011<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Late waivers submitted after the August 31 deadline will be accepted\u00a0only until September 30. Late fees will apply. More info: <a href=\"http:\/\/hushp.harvard.edu\/waive\">http:\/\/hushp.harvard.edu\/waive<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dental\u00a0enrollment ends September 30<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>HUHS has partnered with Delta Dental\u00a0to offer a new dental plan to students.\u00a0The HUHS Dental Service and the HSDM Dental Center are now among the participating providers of this new plan.
