Physician Assignments<\/strong>
\n<\/strong>Students can access their Primary Care Physician\u00a0(PCP) assignments via HUHS\u2019s Patient Online portal. Visit https:\/\/www.pin1.harvard.edu\/pin\/authenticate?__authen_application=UHS_PORTAL<\/a> to log in\u00a0see who your PCP is.<\/p>\n

The waiver\u00a0deadline is August 31, 2011<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Late waivers submitted after the August 31 deadline will be accepted\u00a0only until September 30. Late fees will apply. More info: http:\/\/hushp.harvard.edu\/waive<\/a><\/p>\n

Dental\u00a0enrollment ends September 30<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

HUHS has partnered with Delta Dental\u00a0to offer a new dental plan to students.\u00a0The HUHS Dental Service and the HSDM Dental Center are now among the participating providers of this new plan. For the enrollment application and details, visit http:\/\/hushp.harvard.edu\/optional-dental-coverage<\/a><\/p>\n
