Dawn = Break of Day = Sunrise.<\/div>\n<p>I have a special appreciation for the name Dawn, for &#8220;dawn&#8221; as a concept, because it speaks to the very way in which I want to live my life&#8211; with a willingness and ability to see the world through new eyes every day, to leave the past behind, to forgive and forget, to move forward. I have started this blog as a way to shed new light on the ongoing issues that occupy my thoughts.<\/p>\n<p><em>Writing is therapeutic.<\/em> And sorting through and attempting to translate ideas into words often leads to a fresh perspective and a deeper understanding of a situation.
