{"id":683,"date":"2010-08-25T12:36:31","date_gmt":"2010-08-25T16:36:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/curtincall\/?p=683"},"modified":"2010-08-25T12:36:31","modified_gmt":"2010-08-25T16:36:31","slug":"bottle-frames","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.blogs.harvard.edu\/curtincall\/2010\/08\/25\/bottle-frames\/","title":{"rendered":"Bottle &#8220;frames&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Y&#8217;all may remember me posting awhile back about the idea I saw in a magazine where you <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/curtincall\/2010\/05\/04\/score\/\">take old glass bottles<\/a> and turn them into photo frames.<\/p>\n<p>I actually did follow through on that project and was recently asked to share photos of them on the Trash to Treasure website that I follow, so I thought I&#8217;d share them here as well!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/curtincall\/files\/2010\/08\/DSC01016.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/curtincall\/files\/2010\/08\/DSC01016-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-684\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.blogs.harvard.edu\/curtincall\/files\/2010\/08\/DSC01016-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/archive.blogs.harvard.edu\/curtincall\/files\/2010\/08\/DSC01016-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you click the photo, you can see the enlarged version!  <\/p>\n<p>That photo in the middle is from my Senior prom, on the left is a wedding photo (almost 23 years old now, yikes!) and on the right is a recent photo that someone took of us.<\/p>\n<p>This was a fun and really simple (once I found the bottles!) project and I get lots of compliments on them &#8211; once the people get over the initial &#8220;What the&#8230;?!?!?!&#8221; reaction when they first see them.  My mother even thinks I&#8217;m <em>super talented <\/em>now.
