(For a review of the fair use statute origin story, look no further than our <a href=\"https:\/\/osc.hul.harvard.edu\/assets\/files\/FairUse_final_jroche.pdf\">Folsom v. Marsh<\/a> comic.)<\/p>\n<p>We welcome you to follow our <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/copyrightosc\/\">guest blog posts<\/a> from national and international fair use experts, attend the \u201cFair Use Gameshow\u201d event at MIT, discover more Fair Use Week comics, and attend the Fifth Anniversary Fair Use Week Symposium, &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.com\/e\/5th-anniversary-fair-use-week-tried-and-true-fair-use-tales-for-the-telling-registration-41053754886\">Tried &amp; True: Fair Use Tales for the Telling<\/a>.&#8221; Thanks to the generosity of the <a href=\"https:\/\/knightfoundation.org\/prototype\/\">Knight Foundation<\/a>, this event will bring together a vibrant community of artists, scholars, lawyers, librarians, archivists, and other leading fair use experts in a day of panels, discussions, and demonstrations. We will also talk about and examine our very own <a href=\"https:\/\/knightfoundation.org\/press\/releases\/knight-news-challenge-awards-16-million-ideas-help\">Knight News Challenge Prototype grant project<\/a>, &#8220;Can I Fair Use It?
