As I noted, I&#8217;m<br \/>\nwrapping up finals, then it&#8217;s time for an insanely fun but somewhat<br \/>\nanti-climactic senior week and Commencement (I don&#8217;t graduate until<br \/>\nnext January), and then it&#8217;s immediately off to SF and EFF for the<br \/>\nsummer.&nbsp; I have a couple posts brewing related to the engaging<br \/>\ndiscussion we <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/cmusings\/2005\/05\/11#a1112\">started<\/a><br \/>\nabout file-sharing; I&#8217;m also starting a project that hopefully<br \/>\nI&#8217;ll post about a bit.&nbsp; Not sure how soon I&#8217;ll get to all that<br \/>\nthough, but hopefully soon.<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, the usual suspects have everything you need.&nbsp; Whenever <a href=\"http:\/\/www.corante.com\/importance\/\">Ernest<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/research.yale.edu\/lawmeme\/modules.php?name=News&amp;file=article&amp;sid=1246\">resurfaces<\/a>,<br \/>\nhe does so with a veritable explosion of posts, and this recent barrage<br \/>\nis not to be missed.&nbsp; Mike Madison has also been doing some quite<br \/>\ninteresting <a href=\"http:\/\/madisonian.net\/archives\/2005\/05\/25\/on-creative-commons\/\">thinking<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of graduation, btw: many congratulations to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.joegratz.net\/\">Joe<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.laboratorium.net\/\">James<\/a> (and any other cap-and-gown wearing copyfighters I&#8217;m forgetting).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You&#8217;ve probably noticed that posting has slowed, as usual for this time of year.
