{"id":117,"date":"2012-10-20T12:02:43","date_gmt":"2012-10-20T16:02:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/cheproject\/?page_id=117"},"modified":"2013-10-21T11:50:43","modified_gmt":"2013-10-21T15:50:43","slug":"working-group","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/archive.blogs.harvard.edu\/cheproject\/strategic-engagement\/working-group\/","title":{"rendered":"Working Group"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Alongside its\u00a0<a title=\"Research\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/cheproject\/research\/\">academic and policy\u00a0portfolios<\/a>, the Counterterrorism and Humanitarian Engagement Project\u00a0seeks to provide\u00a0<a title=\"Strategic Engagement\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/cheproject\/strategic-engagement\/\">a space for research-informed engagement<\/a>\u00a0between international humanitarian NGOs, intergovernmental agencies, academic centers, and governments concerning the complex legal, policy, and operational facets of humanitarian response in situations involving counterterrorism laws.<\/p>\n<p>A central facet of the initiative in this connection is the Counterterrorism and Humanitarian Engagement Project Working Group. The Working Group&#8217;s members represent a number of major operational humanitarian organizations, UN humanitarian agencies, several key research and policy institutes, lawyers, and advocates.
