Find a moderator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<p><LI>DW: <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/MichaelWatkins\/\">Michael Watkins<\/a> and his session about blogging on intranets<\/li>\n<li>LW: Visions from users<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>JM &amp; SR&#8217;s lists of comments about the future of blog software <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/thursdaymeetings\/2004\/03\/10#a61\">discussed previously<\/a><\/li>\n<li>LW omitted comments from aggregators<\/li>\n<li>DW: no commercials reminder<\/li>\n<li>DW: What&#8217;s the point of this session?<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>refine the list?<\/li>\n<li>get more input?<\/li>\n<li>our chance to shine; let&#8217;s do something really special<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>SR: long-range vision; user wants to do something that&#8217;s inconceivable given the current tools<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>refine the vision<\/li>\n<li>DW: you&#8217;re a software designer; it&#8217;s up to you to sort through what your users want. Sometimes they ask for difficult things.
