Malone, was exploring a new bid for Time Warner Cable, its second in less than two years.<\/p>\n<p>Some predict consumers will lose no matter who buys whom.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you\u2019re selling consumers something they can\u2019t live without, and you\u2019re subject to neither oversight nor competition, consumers aren\u2019t going to be happy,\u201d said Susan P.
