I <a href=\"http:\/\/www.anderkoo.com\/cycling_views\">took a few pictures<\/a>,<br \/>\nbut there was no way to record the sound itself, especially with all<br \/>\nthe traffic noise. After such a cold winter, the ice is incredibly<br \/>\nthink &#8212; earlier in the month I even saw kids playing hockey in on the<br \/>\nRiver in Watertown &#8212; so its cracking is a fascinating phenomenon.<\/p>\n<p>\nIt&#8217;s good to know that <a href=\"http:\/\/muddyriver.typepad.com\/hearth\/2004\/02\/evidence_of_spr.html\">spring is on its way<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>Coming home tonight, under that same BU bridge, the mysterious train<br \/>\nto MIT rumbled overhead.
