Sadly, on the same<br \/>\nday as this report our friend Sozi announced that he was taking a job<br \/>\nwith a law firm in Philly, where the real estate prices are, if not<br \/>\ncheap, at least within the realm of comprehension.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s only one way to reverse this brain drain and its disasterous<br \/>\nconsequences for our local economy, which is to build more housing<br \/>\nstock. And, let&#8217;s be honest, what that also means is getting more local<br \/>\ncommunities that oppose development to shoulder their part of the<br \/>\nproblem and figure out a way to let more housing get built.\n<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s no deep secret that many communities work hard to keep families<br \/>\nand their tax-spending kids out.
